Built by Factory No. 1 in June 1950 MiG-15bis c/n 121032 was flown by Captain Nikolai Sutyagin of the 17th IAP of the 303rd IAD during the Korean War. He operated from the Tatung-kao airfield between June 1951 and January 1952 becoming an ace by the end of June. During this time period he claims 22 victories over American pilots while always flying MiG-15bis # 132. In January 1952 the aircraft was handed over to the 821st IAP of the 190th IAD.
