By the end of 2021, 120 Su-30 aircraft had been delivered with 18 more on order. 95 aircraft went to the RuASF with 25 to the Navy. The 22 GvIAP, 11th Air and Air Defence Forces Army, Russian Air Force Tsentralnaya Uglovaya (Vladivostok) received 3 Su-30 SM with Blue 45 being one. The 11th Red Banner Air and Air Defence Forces Army is a branch of the Russian Air Force tasked with defending the Russian Far East that covers the Eastern Military District.
